One of the main reasons C&T Engineering was formed was because of quality.
Too many times we hear the Owner complain that a consultant was hired to do their work and ran out of budget before the deliverables were completed within the allocated budget and the contracted firm would ask for more money to complete the work they were originally hired to complete.
Too many times we hear the Owner complain that the hired consultant placed an incompetent person over the project and the completion date was not met and the Owner was forced to bring in another consultant to complete the work or simply ended up doing the work themselves. This phenomenon happens too often in this industry and is very damaging to the Owner and project stakeholders.
At C&T we define Quality as meeting the project requirements and exceeding the client’s expectations by paying close attention to every decision and every action throughout the project lifecycle.
